Fiquei no apartamento da Karen com minha família (5 adultos e 3 crianças de 12 anos) e valeu muito o custo beneficio! O apartamento fica na frente da prefeitura de Gramado, extremamente bem localizado (5 minutos à pé da rua coberta) e dispunha de tudo o que precisamos para nos acomodarmos confortavelmente.
O imóvel tem apenas uma garagem, mas a anfitriã providenciou uma segunda vaga na garagem do próprio condomínio e isso foi um diferencial para nós, pois estávamos preocupados como ficaria a logística da viagem se tivéssemos que estacionar o segundo automóvel em outro local.
o apartamento tem uma suíte grande, um quarto de casal e um outro quarto menorzinho (este com uma beliche), banheiro social, sala com sala de jantar, cozinha grande, lavanderia e uma área externa envidraçada que é um charme!
Voltaremos, com certeza!
