Guests with mobility challenges will benefit from car access to the apartment through the garage, which is on the same floor, as shown in the listing photos. This access is step-free! There is also step-free access from the garage to the apartment door, kitchen, half bath, living room, bedroom, and bathroom with shower.

The only small steps inside the apartment are at the sliding door and to prevent water flow, located at the entrance to the balcony and the shower stall.

The downtown area is just 5 minutes by car via a route without traffic jams. We are located on Borges de Medeiros, Gramado’s main street, where most of the downtown area lies.
