We only accept one (1) small-sized dog as a pet.

It is forbidden to use any parking spot other than number 41, which is private and exclusive to the apartment (any fines may be passed on to the guest).

Trash must be disposed of in the building’s garage bins before check-out.

Towels stained with makeup may incur a replacement fee.

For safety and energy-saving reasons, please turn off all appliances when leaving the apartment for outings or other activities.

If keys are lost, guests may contact us for assistance, but will be responsible for travel costs and locksmith fees, including replacements for keys and remotes if necessary.
